Access the Ayla Customer Dashboard

There are different environments available, depending on the region, United States (US), European Union (EU), or China (CN):

• The development environment for the Ayla Customer Dashboard (where you create and test device configurations, functions, and features):

US & EU: https://dashboard-dev.aylanetworks.com/

CN: https://dashboard-dev.ayla.com.cn/

• The field environment for the Ayla Customer Dashboard (where you can manage devices already in the field):

US: https://dashboard.aylanetworks.com

EU: https://dashboard-field-eu.aylanetworks.com/

CN: https://dashboard.ayla.com.cn/

IMPORTANT!

If the OEM Admin creates a user in one Ayla Customer Dashboard environment (such as, Field), that user does not have access to the other dashboard environment (such as, Development).
